The thesis is devoted to the treatment improvement of acute diffuse peritonitis by differentiated approach for programmed sanations of the abdomen, use of the active detoxication methods.The algorythm were worked out for choosing a method of completion for operative intervention in peritonitis, and criteria for carrying out of programmed sanations of the abdomen. Owing to the proposed program for the treatment purulent wound complication rate was reduced by 8.7%, lethality by 5.02% .
