Dissertation is dedicated to the problem of diagnostics effectiveness increase and treatment of urogenital candidosis of women taking into account peculiarities of etiology, pathogenesis and clinical course of inflammatory process and character of vagina and gut microcenosis disorders. There was ascertained leading etiologic value of fungi, belonging to Candida ablicans species and certain etiologic value of a series of fungi of other species, in particular C. krusei, С tropicalic, C. pseudotropicalis, C. parapsilosis in development of urogenital candidosis of women. There were studied peculiarities of urogenital candidosis of women and risk factors of inflammatory process relapse. There was proved existence of intercommunication and influence of vaginal microcenosis and gut dysbacteriosis degree upon the character of urogenital candidosis clinical course of women. Rational methodology of complex examination of women with urogenital candidosis has been offered. There was pathcgenically substantiated expediency of isolation in laboratory conditions, identification and determination of Candida species fungi sensitivity to antimycotic drugs. In the experiment, by an electron microscopy method there were studied structural and morphological changes in isolated from vagina and gut of patients C. ablicans and C. krusei fungi cultures during incubation in presence of itrakonazole and flukonazole antimycotics. There was developed advanced method of treatment of urogenital candidosis of women, envisaging individualized application of one of systemic antimycotics of triazole series (itrakonazole, flokonazoie) and antimycotic drugs of local action, as well as therapeutic correction of vagina and gut microcenosis disorders, allowing to achieve complete etiologic and clinical recovery of patients.
