Essay

Dissertation is devoted to studying of the role of polymorphism of AT II receptor of the first type, changes in function of vascular endothelium and concentracion of B-natriuretic peptide in the development and the course of hypertonic disease. It was established that presence of C allele in genotype of the 1st type angiotensine II receptor in residents of town of Vinnytsa and Vinnytsa region is associated with morbility of hypertension. Allele C is determited to correlate with the marked pathologic changes in the condition of the heart and vascular endothelium. Plasma level of B-natriuretic peptide is defined by diastolic disfunction, pronounced degree and excentric character of hypertrophy of left ventricle.
