Shilina O. The gnoseological analyses of historical and phylosophical bases of generative and transformational linguistics.

The researches of the thesis are dedicated to the vital historical and philosophical theme, which concerns the problem of correlation of some philisophical ideas and conceptions with history of linguistic teaching for XIX-XX centuries. The main attention is focused on the theoretical constructions of the famous american linguist N.Chomsky who is the creator of the generative and transformational linguistics. This linguistics influenced upon representatives of the different humanities specifically philosophy and psychology. Linguistic and philosophical researches of activities of Chomsky and other western scientists give us possibilities to analyze cognitive functions of the language in a new way and make it possible to enrich the dictionary with philosophical terms.
