This scientific study is dedicated to provision of a solution for a pressing issue of the modern obstetrics - the necessity to decrease labor disturbancies in women suffering from high risk of intraamnial infection development. The author established interrelation of labor disturbancies, functional status of a "mother-placenta-fetus" system and microbiocenosis of reproductive tracts. The author demonstrated the significance of correction of placental deficiency and microbiocenosis of reproductive tracts in prevention of labor disturbances in women with intraamnial infection. Practical recommendations on decrease of labor disturbancies were developed and implemented on the basis of antihomotoxic preparations.
