Essay

The present thesis is devoted to a substantiation of rehabilitation of motor disorders at patients in the acute period hemispheric ischemic stroke. In work it is analysed results of the complex inspection of 200 patients having hemispheric ischemic stroke. The developed algorithm of inspection of the patient which included clinical, neurologic and neurophysiological methods of inspection has been applied for diagnostics and the further treatment of patients. 112 patients (the basic group) applied together with pharmacotherapy a method hyperbaric oxygenation, acupuncture and mechanotherapy (rehabilitation devices). 88 patients (control group) applied only traditional medicamentous treatment. Results of researches testify to efficiency and necessity of carrying out of complex treatment for the acute period hemispheric ischemic stroke with application of methods hyperbaric oxygenation, acupuncture and mechanotherapy for acceleration of restoration of motor functions. Special rehabilitation devices for theupper and lower finitenesses are developed with the purpose of improvement microcirculation and increases of efficiency of restoration of motor functions in distal sections. Predictive preconditions are set for the estimation of renewal of motor activity at patients having hemispheric ischemic stroke.
