The thesis is devoted to development of the specialized computing structures which carry out colorimetric transformations of a video information in real time. Hardware - focused models of color correction, compression and filtration of the images, and also synthesis of figures and cutters at their mixing, are offered in the work. Artificial neural network СМАС is put in a basis of these models. Due to significant reduction of parameters amount at functions of any kind approximation in comparison with tabulated methods, models allow to produce complex videoeffects, to carry out qualitative color correction, and reduce volume of images. Methods of speed increasing and statistical characteristics improvement of the random sequences generator on the basis of the physical source, that has enabled to protect a video information in real time, are offered. The developed models and methods are submitted by corresponding hardware structures. Results of researches are introduced in infra-red television system ofmeasurement of temperature fields of tubular rotating furnaces and in the accredited centers of certification of keys for information protection.
