The thesis is focused on the improvement of treatment treatments effecti-veness, for patients with EOC based an identified resalt of clinico-morphological investigation of estrogen and progesterone receptors in tumor tissues hormones production of hypothalamo-hypophysial- ovarion system taking into consideration process stages differentiation of tumor cells in comparison with the dynamics of age changes and individual sensibility to hormonal pharmaceuticals. The effectiveness of complex treatment using an expedient hormonotherapy de pends on progesterone and estrogen receptors exspression: In immunohistochemical detection of estrogen and progesterone receptors expression in EOK tumor tissues more 10% ; one administers hormonal pharmaceuticals taking into consideration individual sensibility based on the dynamics of concentration changes of thiol disulfide blood groups in female patients. The treatment is performed as follows, in positive (ER+), (PR+) and positive (PR+) and negative (ER-) at post-operative period after identifying individual sensibility to depot-prover, hormonotherapy is administered for 6 months: 500mg intramuscularly once per week for 2 months; once per 2 week for 2 months; once per months for 2 months, in case of tamoxifen sensibility - 10mg twice per day for 3 months in association with PCT treatment regimens. Surgical treatment is performed in radical volume. Expedient hormonotherapy in complex treatment of patients with EOC increases non-recurrent period, improves women's life quality. Hormonotherapy in complex treatment is not indicated of EP and PR receptors are absent in tissues of malignant endometrioid tumors.
