Motyl I. Establishment and development of internal functions of the Ukrainian State

Processes of humanization, democratization of state activities as well as social trends of internal function of the Ukrainian State in terms of more profound political and legal reforms are analyzed in the dissertation. Functions of the rights and freedoms of citizens, economic function, social function, function of culture and upbringing development promotion, function of the law and order protection are concerned in this work. These very functions define the subject matter of the internal policy of Ukraine nowadays and reveal the essence and social function of the state authority in terms of adoption of ideal of a legal state and formation of civil society institutions. Peculiarities of the present stage of social development are analyzed, disadvantages of law-enforcement sphere, as well as in the sphere of agricultural relations and social protection which are determined by different factors of external and internal origin, are pointed out. In particular, factors of globalization, eurointegration,creation of new ideology of state management, defects of legislative control are emphasized. The main prospects for the perfection of the present day Ukrainian state activity in accordance with every functional trend in question are outlined.
