The structural and logical chart of the research of the nature protection fund is worked out. The areas of prime importance for organizing reserves are allotted on the basis of the spatial redistribution analysis of a landscape diversity index. A landscape representativeness of the nature protection fund objects is researched and landscape complexes which will be able to complement the nature protection fund are marked out. The optimization algorithm of the nature protection fund is worked out.
