Essay

The original, complete and complex research of the theoretical generalization and practical aspects of legal regulation (civil aspect) for international contracts on commercial financing in Ukraine is proposed in the thesis. The research arises the question of necessity to use modern ways of international contracts financing under conditions of increasing competition and growth of international economic relations Ukraine participating in. To solve this problem it is indispensable to investigate the meaning of international contract, its features, to define the notion of commercial financing and international contracts on commercial financing.
