Kryvosheyina I. Company names: regulation and protection under the Ukrainian laws.

The dissertation contains a complex research of theoretical and practical problems related to legal protection of company names in the Civil Law of Ukraine, determination of the effectiveness of Civil law regulation of relations connected with their use, and the justification for proposals and recommendation aimed at improvement legislation of intellectual property rights. The historical evolution of Company names has been research. The legal nature and features of Company names, problems of their correlation with other means of individualization and dissociation from the same legal categories, realization and legal protection has been analyzed.
