Dissertation is devoted to study conditions and features of using alloplastic materials (polypropylene mesh) in surgical management of strangulated abdominal wall hernias. Experimentally with the following introduction to clinical practice was developed selective regional correction of reparative regeneration of allohernioplasty with fraction use of dioxysole and changing magnetic field in pulse regimen. indicative use of allohernioplasty for the repair of hernial defect has reduced postoperative complications to 9.1 %, recurrence rate for inguinal hernias to 5.73 %, and to 17.53% for incisional hernias.
