The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of development of secondary school deputy principals' competence in conflict cooperation with teachers. The work contains theoretical substantiation, methods, and findings of the investigation of the problem in question. The research reveals contents and structure of the secondary school deputy principals' competence in conflict cooperation with teachers. The competence in general as well as some of its elements have been found to be underdeveloped. The author has identified factors that affect formation of the secondary school deputy principals' competence in conflict cooperation with teachers (location of the school, its type, deputy principal's age, gender, and length of employment). A technology of conflict cooperation competence formation in deputy principals has been developed. It provides for a) acquisition of the competence relevant knowledge; b) mastering relevant diagnostic techniques and tools; c) development of skills in effective personal-developmental cooperation between deputy principals and teachers in conflicts.
