Dissertation is devoted to study of mental and behavioural disorders changes causes at epilepsy on example of Crimean population from 80th years last сеntury to nowadays. Changes at clinical displays of epilepsy are examined from pathomorphism's positions. Basic factors of pathomorphism and degree of their contribution to change of clinical displays, and also degree of contributions of endogenous and exogenous factors are selected. Comparative analysis of 80th years' groups and same beginning of XXI century's groups hospitalised and out-patient treated on factors of anamnesis, provoking disorders showed their reliable distinction. Authentic changes are follow: in а hospitalised group amount of women increased (from 26% to 47%), amount of patients from complete families decreased (from 79,6 % to 40% in out-patient group) and amount of lonely patients increased (from 10,17% to 25% in an ambulatory group). Amount of inherited burdened forms of epilepsy did not authentic change from 1th to 2th group. Inpremorbide at first group harmonious реrsonalities prevailed (69,8%), which number decreased in second group to 27.6%, however amount of epileptic features of реrsonality in second stationary group grew in 4 times to 38,4%, and in an ambulatory group, vice versa, amount of harmonious features of реrsonality increased from 54,2 to 87,5%, and amount of epileptic features decreased almost in 10 times to 3.7%. Taking into асcount complex investigated factors of pathomorphism of mental and behavioural disorders at epilepsy is established, that value in transformation clinic above all belongs to drug and sociocultural factors.
