Essay

This research is the first attempt in Ukrainian linguistics to study lyrical and poetic works by V. Samiylenko, proposed the methodic of describing of the author’s poetic world language model. The investigation deals with discovering sources and conditions of V. Samiylenko’s individual style. The research includes correlating the author’s psychological type to individual peculiarities of the language of his works on basis of poet’s contemporaries and contains structural and semantic and typological analysis of his word usage. The thesis also includes “A frequency vocabulary of V. Samiylenko’s poetic words”.
