Lola V. The formation of state ideology of human education in condition of society transformation: theoretic-methodological aspect.

The object is state ideology as the system of ideas, ideals, norms and values; the aim is the theoretic-methodological substantiation of the formation of the state ideology of human education; the methods are cultural-civilized, social-cultural, valuable and humane approaches; hermeneutic, comparative analysis; structural, functional, factual analysis; at first the term "the state ideology of human education" is proposed to come in use in domestic scientific usage; the principals of the state ideology of human education are formulated and informative substantiated; the terming apparatus in the aspects of author interpretation and discovery the contents of basic terms is improved; the definition of the structure of the state ideology, understanding of the state ideology, the comprehension of the foreign experience of the ideology state activity in the sphere of human and person education and the process of its adaptation under the conditions of Ukraine are gained the further development; The results areintroduced for the period of realization of the regional Program of improvement of law education and culture of population of Dnipropetrovsk region on 2002-2006 years and in educational process during preparation the master's degree of specialty "Public administration".
