The dissertation is an integrated general theoretic study of the legal regulation of social relations concerned with the use of network “Internet” as individual kind of the legal regulation of social relations. The definition of notion “the Law of virtual space” was formulated in the dissertation, determined its specific features, observed the scientific discussion, which comes from the problem of understanding of this category in domestic and foreign jurisprudence, examined the question concerning branch belonging of this legal institution. The issue about the methods of legal regulation of the stated kind of social relations was examined.
