Mukhin V. Professional Legal Consciousness: notions, peculiarities, functions

The author made the combined research of the professional legal consciousness as important subjective phenomenon of the legal reality’s existence and development. Due to revealing of the problem the author analyzed the legal consciousness notion as a variety of social one, its own features and types. Peculiarities of the professional legal consciousness were separated and discovered and also its relationships with other varieties of the social consciousness are established. The author analyzed functions of the professional legal consciousness, their substantial characteristics. He fulfilled his own functions’ classification. The author investigated the professional legal consciousness meaning through studying its influence on lawmaking and legal activity, establishing and giving the reference of kinds of such influence. He fulfilled the systematic research of deformations of the professional legal consciousness. Their notions, types, reasons, ways of overcoming were discovered.
