Essay

Technology and process organization of prefabricated roofing of houses from large-size mats of factory origin on the basis of scientific-based technical-organizational decisions in transparent complex process of roofing structure. The research methods are systematical and structural analysis and generalization of theoretical, laboratory research as well as field observation. The factors that display forecasting mats characteristics are set. The scientific and practical approaches, which improve technological indicators of mats production and assembling due to developed and realizable new construction of complex roofing, are proposed. The results of this work have bun applied by Usinkstroy trust (Russia) and Kievgorstroy in Kiev, which confirms scientific and research magnitude. The economical effect is in reduction of value and labour-intensiveness and it makes up 27% in comparison with similar technologies
