Dissertation work is devoted the issue of the day - surgical rehabilitation of patients with ventral hernias, combining with adhesion disease of abdominal cavity. First, by a study in the dynamics of level of С-reactive protein and proinflammatory cytokines the degree of trauma of surgical operation at ventral hernias by working out and clinical estimation methods of closed and videoassisting hernioplasty.. Worked out algorithm of diagnostic at ventral hernia, combined with adhesion disease of abdominal cavity. Worked out methods of closed and videoassisting hernioplasty, which have more lower level of trauma, accompanied by less number of postoperative complications and recurrence.
