Nehal D. Surgical treatment of consequences of acute pancreatitis (clinico-experimental research)

Object - purulent process in a pancreas and parapancreas, as the infected complication necrotic pancreatitis; the purpose - improvement treatment results of acute pancreatitis and its consequences by development of the proved program of its diagnostics, preventive maintenance and surgical treatment; methods - experimental, clinical,clinico-laboratory,clinico-instrumentary, statistical; novelty - principles of local medicamentous treatment of complications of the destructive pancreatitis, in particular infected postnecrotic cyst of pancreas ,are proved principal infection causes of necrosis centers are certain at a destructive pancreatitis; the new way of treatment infected pancreonecrosis is developed; the complex of actions on preventive maintenance of complications of a destructive pancreatitis is offered; the medical-diagnostic program and technology of local treatment purulent necrotic complications of a purulent pancreatitis; use of own development at treatment of the infected forms pancreonecrosis have allowed to lower postoperative lethality to 14,3 %, use under indications of a modern technique of end necrectomy has provided decrease postoperative lethality from 37,1 % up to 21,5 %;Introduced - in medical practice, in educational process; branch - medicine.
