Essay

Thesis is dedicated to definition of principles of architectural and planning organization of coastal space. The work contains discussion of the problem in artistic organization of sea faсade, as well as compositional silhouetteness of coastal building-up. There were also determined the factors which influence forming of seaside building-up. There were mentioned basic principles of functional zoning of coastal territories and principles of reconstruction at coastal space of historical part of the city. As a result of the analysis of building-up of coastal territories there was worked out a classification for coastal building-up by different criteria. On the basis of means of harmonization and organization of building-up there were formed basis of architectural and artistic forming of building-up, considering sea relief. There were formed basic recommendations following methods of projection and organization of the system of control over process of working out and constructing in seaside space.
