Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigation of impact of arterial hypertension on long-term allograft survival, optimisation of antihypertensive therapy. Spread of arterial hypertension after kidney allograft has been analyzed at the work. Relationship between degree of arterial hypertension and worsening of haemodynamic disturbances and between endothelial disfunction has been reverted. Interdependance between arterial hypertension and long-term allograft survival has been ascertained. Protocol for management of hypertensive patiens after kidney allografting was worked up. It has been prooven that adequate antihypertensive therapy improve long-term survival of kidney allograft on 42,9 %.
