Borisenko V. Ways of postcholecystectomy syndrome diagnostics and treatment optimization

Increase of treatment effectiveness of patients with PChES by way of improvement of the quality of complex diagnostics and working out of rational treatment program is the aim of the work. Diagnostics of PChES was optimized due to working out and application in clinics rational diagnostic algorhythm with the use of screening methods, such as USR and PhGDS with torsion optics, as well as additional, namely papilloscopy, endoscopic intraduodenal pH-metry and duodenomanometry after Ya.D.Vitebscky with further taking the duodenal content for bacteriological and biochemical examination. According to readings ERChPG, roentgenoscopy of gastrointestinal tract, cholangiomanometry and fistulography were used. Due to intrusion into practice the worked out diagnostic program, as well as classification of PChES we managed to get the improvement of diagnostics quality of this group of patients with readings statement for further conservative, miniinvasive and operative treatment. New ways of surgical treatment of patients with mechanical icterus of non-tumoral genesis allow not only to settle billiary syndrome but also to renew duodenal morphofunctional state, preventing ulcer and digestivebilliary reflux development.
