Object - rhinopneumonia of horses, methods of diagnostics and prophylaxis of rhinopneumonia of horses Research - improvement methods diagnostics prophylaxis rhinopneumonia of horses Methods of the research -epizootological, hematological virologycal, serological, biochemical, immunological, statistical. Scientific novelty - For the first time the widespreading of rhinopneumonia on horse's farms, infectetion of different age and breeds groups of horses by the rhinopneumonia virus was established. It was shown, that infectetion by the rhinopneumonia virus in breeding horse farms of Zhitomir region and other breeding farms is 72 - 100 %. It was established the immunobiological parameters of reactivity of horses which can be used for lifetime diagnostics of diseases. For the first time in Ukraine are developed the neutralization test and agar gel immunodiffusion test for diagnostics of horse's rhinopneumonia. The estimation of diagnostic efficiency HIT, AGIT and micromethod NT in comparison with ELISA at horses rhinopneumonia and it was established the requirement of their using. The opportunity of using kombiferon in a complex with enroflocs for treatment and preventive maintenance of the respiratory form of horse's rhinopneumonia was approved. For the first time influence mikosorb and bio-mos on the latent current of rhinopneumonia of pregnant mares and on development received from them foal was investigated.
