Abramov A. Epizootological traits the avian influence in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to studying of epizootology features, molecular analysis the virus of shames of the bird's influenza allocated in АР Crimea, the Odessa, Sumy and Kherson areas. It is shown, that circulation different shames a virus of a flu support taxonomia and ecological heterogeneity wild, domestic, sinantropik and industrial kinds of birds that is a favorable condition for reassortetation of genom a virus of a flu.It is established, epizootologi a flu of birds in Ukraine in December 2005 - July 2006 it has been caused hay - patogenety by a virus of a flu "A/chiken/ Crimea/1/2005 (H5N1)".For the first time in larvas mosquitoes - chironamidis identified hay - patogenety a virus of a flu of a bird "A(chironomida)Azov/11/2006 (H5N1)". Molekularno-biological properties new stamm are investigated and is shown, that the credit of a virus liquid on chicken embryos makes 108,45ELE50/0,1см3, and on cultures chicken phibroblastes - 105,9CPE50/0,1см3.The received data be relative epizootology features of distribution and the savings hay - patogenety a flu of birds in natural water epizootology the centers change modern representations about a role hidrobiontes in epizootology process hay - patogenety a flu of birds. On the basis of the received given researches the electronic integrated monitoring system behind flashes of the bird's flu in Ukraine is developed and implanted.
