Objects - abiotic - inductors of interferon I type and systems of cultivation, biotic - cells-producers of interferon I type; aim - working up the technology of preparations of interferon I type production using inductor system yeasts RNA - tylorone hydrochloride, immobilized on insoluble matrix; methods - physical-chemical, immunological, viral, biochemical, technological and statistical; newness - it was experimentally proved ability of designed immobilized on granules of insoluble matrix inductors of interferon based on molecular complex yeast RNA - tylorone hydrochloride to interferon genesis in vitro, it was shown that the highest interferon production by human white (blood) cells is reached on 10th hour, it was proved the preservation of inductor's properties of molecular complex during reusable usage (up to 6 industrial cycles) with regeneration; results - worked up the technological recommendation of usage of presented technology in industrial sphere; sphere of usage - biotechnology.
