Domanova I. The Institute of voluntary representation in civil law of Ukraine.

This dissertation paper is dedicated to studying of the institute of voluntary representation in civil law of Ukraine. The main attention in this work is paid to solving of such issues: definition of theoretical concept and constitutive characteristics of representation; formulating of generalized legislative principles of civil law regulation of voluntary representation; formulating elements and legal basis of voluntary representation; peculiarities of voluntary representation in comparison with representation based on legislative acts; studying of legislation regulating voluntary representation in force and formulating of proposals aimed to harmonization of the system of legal acts regulating the institute voluntary representation.
