Soloviy M. Ways of optimization of treatment and diagnostic tactics in patients with chronic venous insufficiency on late stages

The object is CVI with trophic changes; the aims to improve the results of treatment of CVI patients with trophic changes and ulcers; the methods are physical, laboratory, instrumental, operative; the new approach lies in the study of endotoxicosis markers in the system and local blood flow in groups of patients with CVI, it was prooved a significant increase of venous hypertension and subfascial intratissual levels with presence of chronic compression syndrome, it was revealed a significant decrease of range of ankle movement of the suffered limbs and the prevalence of the pathological reflux of the blood in deep veins; the results include the method of estimation of the CVI gravity, the scheme of diagnostic and treatment tactics in CVI patients with trophic changes and ulcers; all this thesis has been implemented in the departments of vascular and general surgery; the field is surgery.
