The object – inflammatory process in the peritoneal cavity and immunologic reactivity in peritonitis; the aim – to improve the results of integrated treatment of patients with acute peritonitis by introducing regional combined therapy into the complex of the treatment; methods – general clinical, immunologic, bacteriological, histological, statistical; novelty – the efficiency of regional endolymphatic therapy application in the integrated treatment of acute peritonitis has been confirmed experimentally and clinically for the first time; the results – methods of regional endolymphatic combined therapy in the integrated treatment of peritonitis have been worked out and implemented in practical medicine as well as in the process of training at higher medical educational institutions: field – surgery.
