Rosinska O. Existential natures simbolic of V. Stus’s poetry

Dissertation investigation is devoted to studying one of the separate guestions of number symbolism of V. Stus’s works and symbols for chronotop indication is being carried out in the work. This is done to conceive the symbolic level of his poetic thinking in connection with existential world outlook. The analysis of number symbolism is concentrated on the following number symbols: «one», «two», «three». «hundred». The symbols analysis for chronotop indication actualizes the symbols-images of "alien" and "one's own" space, a road symbol and a road crossing as a virtual location of a lyrical subject, the topos of a steep, a river as the indication of the boundary space, etc. As a result of these symbols' examination the concept of a "boundary" chronotop is being conceived. The key issue of the research is the terminological distinctness concerning the symbol in its multiregularity and inexhaustibility. structure.
