The pharmacognostical research of the Populus tremula L., Populus alba L. and Populus nigra L. was made. 38 individual substances has been isolated from the Populus tremula L. It have been determined 16 amino acids, 25 fatty acids, 27 macro- and microelement. The quantitative composition and qualitative content of different groups of BAS in Poplar genus plants were studied. For the first time the dynamics of BAS accumulation was studied Populus tremula L. The complex technology of BAS of Populus tremula L. bark which has antimicrobial, reparatic, antiinflammatory, analgin action and diuretic activity. The following draft sets of AND: “The leaves of the Populus tremula L.”, “The bark of the Populus tremula L.” and “Dry extract Populus tremula L. barks” have been worked.
