Essay

The theoretical aspects have been summarized and the patterns of the clinical process, peripheral blood and bone marrow cells morphology, siderophilic granules erythrocaryocytes saturation, character disorders of the iron and cobalamin status biochemical indexes such as serum ferritin, serum iron, serum transferring, transferring saturation, plasma total homocysteine, urinary methylmalonic acid excretion in the patients with combined iron and vitamin B12deficiency anemia have been determined in the thesis. The efficacy of combined deficiency anemia treatment method using standards doses iron sulfate and cobalamin with potassium orotate 1,5 g per day during 4 week have been proved.
