Blazhivska O. Contract of joint activities

Dissertation (thesis) is dedicated to complex research of legal regulation of the joint activities contract in Ukraine. A notion of a joint activities contract and its place within the general classification of civic contracts has been defined. Legal forms of joint activities have been systematically researched. Special attention has been paid to characteristics and types of joint activities contracts and legal regulation of their signing and cessation. Problematic aspects of some types of join activities contract state registration have been analyzed. Particular features of the substitution of the parties to the contract and their responsibilities under the contract of joint activities have been researched. A number of proposals in order to improve civil legislation in Ukraine have been made.
