The thesis is dedicated to problems of survivability preservation of Aircraft - Flight Crew - Environment system under abnormal situation in flight, search of effective ways of controllability restoration of system due to reduction of time necessary crew for countering further development of situation or exclusion of it development in catastrophic situation. The mathematical model of Aircraft - Flight Crew - Environment system is developed. The description of this model takes into account aircraft aerodynamics, dynamic behavior of flight crew and environment as well as behavior of abnormal situation development which are cooperate one with the other and have an influence on flight crew available time for prevention or stabilization of development abnormal situation in flight. The reduction technique of crew available time for stabilization or prevention of typical abnormal situation transition to catastrophic is developed. In addition the algorithm of knowledge base forming and the rule for recommendations output about flight crew actions under appearance and development of abnormal situation in flight are developed. As well the possibility of reduction the time required to flight crew for development elimination or prevention of typical abnormal situation transition to catastrophic with the use of fuzzy controller at three modes of it operation (observer, corrector and prompt former) has been researched.
