An object is the types of atmospheric circulation and location of climatology fronts in a spring period above territory of Europe. A purpose is the exposure of features of processes of alteration of atmospheric circulation in a transitional spring period above territory of East Europe and their influence on forming of anomalous weather terms. Methods are the synoptic-climatic analysis, physics-statistical analysis, spatio-temporal generalization of data, mathematical design and numeral experiment. A novelty is researches of types of transitional spring seasons and processes of cumulative cyclo- and anticyclogeneza above territory of East Europe; prognosis of final establishment of weather processes of a next basic season; receipt of criterion to the prognosis of late light frosts.
