Essay

The dissertation deals with the research of types of providing proper fulfillment of obligations in Civil Law. The basics for the research were the theses on the existence of main and additional obligations and the necessity of their proper fulfillment. It has been examined that the idea of emergence of the institutions had been predetermined by the necessity to stabilize commodity turnover especially in proper fulfillment of obligations, guarantee interests of a creditor. Subsequently it was enriched under the influence of economic and social processes.
