Essay

The dissertation is devoyted of the scientific and technical problem which consists in definition of law of the contact stresses distribution at cold rolling of strips has been obtained in view of the deformation zone kinematics. The procedure for calculating the power-force parameters of the cold rolling process has been improved by means of which the use of modes of reduction on the continuous four-stand mill 1680 have been advanced. Results of the thesis are used at the joint-stock company "Zaporizhstal".
