Essay

It's revealed, there are two ways of development of discirculative encephalopathy in patients with arterial hypotension. In case of slowly progressive course clinical symptoms are more severe, the most significant changes of cerebral haemodynamics develop in vertebrobasilar system and the venous outflow from the cranial cavity is also damaged. Stable arterial hypertension is the main factor of progressing. The patients with remitting course of discirculative encephalopathy develop milder clinical symptoms, the condition of their cerebral haemodynamics is compensated, and the main factor of this compensation is increasing of the average level of arterial pressure and it's variability, according to daily arterial pressure monitoring. The new method of ultrasound diagnostics or cerebral haemodynamics is offered. The approaches to initial forms of cerebrovascular pathology on the arterial hypotension background therapy are developed.
