Essay

In the dissertation the influence of derivatives of barbituric acid (barbital, phenobarbital), local anesthetics (lidocaine) and anion transport inhibitor (DIDS, dipyridamole) on the structurally functional stability of erythrocytes to the changes of temperature - osmotic parameters of medium is investigated. It is shown, that barbital, phenobarbital, lidocaine increase the stability of erythrocytes in the conditions of hypertonic cryohemolysis and a hypertonic shock, however do not change the sensitivity of cells in the conditions of posthypertonic lysis. It is shown, that barbiturates and lidocaine change the functional activity of the anion transporter. The change of transport activity depends on the osmolarity of medium. The presence of DIDS and dipyridamole in the medium influences on the change of the activity of band 3, produced by barbital, phenobarbital, lidocaine. Lidocaine and DIDS change the activity of erythrocyte acetylcholinesterase. The character of change depends on the structure of medium.
