Essay

Thesis deals with increasing of reliability and productivity of forging presses with pump-accumulator drive on the basis of improvement of working conditions while return stroke and unloading of working cylinders off pressure. In the work on the basis of experimental investigations and designed mathematical models complete analysis of dynamic processes occurring while unloading of working cylinders off pressure and ram moving on the return stroke is carried out. Reasonable conditions to perform these stages are developed. Practical recommendations for its realization in industry are given. Quite a number of devices and assemblies to enable improvement of forging presses with pump-accumulator drive working and to provide increasing of its productivity, workability and reliability are designed, such as: constructions of new dynamically and cavitationally resistant control and filling-and-drain valves, fast acting sensitive protecting systems, fastening of return cylinders rod of hydraulic press to the ram, hydraulic servo amplifier.
