Essay

The study of influencing of components of cryoprotective environments and terms of cryopreservation was the purpose of work on the maintainance of morfofunctional properties of spermatozoa of dogs. Influencing of cryoprotectants GL EG, 1,2-PD, DMSO, DMFA, and also ovalbumin on the membranes of spermatozoa of dogs studied by the methods of fluorescent probes (FME) and marks (Tasman Green-404). The studies of influencing of components of cryoprotective environments (tris-buffer, fructose, glucose, lactose, GL EG, 1,2-PD, DMSO, DMFA, mixtures of EG and DMFA) on morfofunctional descriptions of spermatozoa of dogs conducted on stages to cryopreservation and after freezing-thawing of cells. Discovered, that DMFA is the least toxic cryoprotectant for the spermatozoa of dogs, in an environment containing a tris-buffer in concentration 0,25 M, fructose in concentration 0,05 M, shows the best cryopreservation in combination with an ovalbumin in relation to the spermatozoa of dogs. It is rotined that increase ofconcentration of DMFA in the cryoprotectants environment intended for cryopreservation of spermatozoa of dogs higher 8 % can negatively influence on the structure of lipids constituents of biomembranes.
