The dissertation is devoted to complex research of agreements after the state order. The civil investigation of legal nature of the state subordinate contracts is provided on the basis of theoretical achievements of scientists and legislators and the analysis of current legislation. The definition of the notion of agreement on fulfillment of the subordinate works after the state order is offered. The list of substantial conditions of the agreement on fulfillment subordinate works after the state order is given on the basis of investigation of the main items of the given agreements, rights and duties of contractual parties. The terms and forms of participants' responsibility are explored for contract articles breach which come out from the state subordinate contracts. On the basis of analysis of normative acts, contractual and judicial practice the concrete suggestions directed on perfections of the legal regulation of contractual relations in the field of fulfillment of subordinate works the state order are formulated.
