in the work identification of the threat and risk of pollution of the environment by utilities using galvanic processes is performed and possible scenarios of pollution of the environment are determined. the model of reliability of wastewater purification systems of utilities using galvanic processes is developed, mathematical model of estimation and prognostication of risk of environmental pollution with toxic waste is improved, and the approach to the determination of weight numbers of the model for the estimation of individual risk of personnel and inhabitants illnesses due to pollution of the environment is offered. In the framework of the development of general strategy of TEB presidency of potentially ecological hazardous utilities the scheme of measures on prevention and inspection of man-made ecological risks from the utilities using galvanic processes is offered. The system for the estimation of the methods of toxic waste utilization and the system for the determination of insurance contribution at insurance of utilities, which store toxic waste is developed.
