Essay

object is treatment of static videoinformation in facilities of the aerospace monitoring. A purpose is diminishment of time of transformation of one class of static videoinformation to the digital data format for their operative transmission on a communication channel. Methods are the theory of approximation, theory of digital treatment and code of signals, statistical analysis of supervisions, mathematical design. Novelty - further development was got by the methods of research of descriptions of informing of transformant discrete orthogonal transformations of different classes of images; the method of classification code of the high-frequency and low- frequency constituents transformant Uolsha is first offered and explored, that allows to take into account their different dynamic range and statistical surplus diminished with the use of the arithmetic encoding; the method of diminishment of temporal complication of transformation of videoinformation with the use of their presentation of the transformantion discrete transformation Uolsha got further development; procedure of renewal of videoinformation with the set loss of quality, which differs from the high-frequency and low- frequency constituents of transformant known by the classification arithmetic decoding, is offered. Results are programmatic realization of methods of compression and renewal of videoinformation on the basis of the classification arithmetic encoding transformant Uolsha
