Zhylinkova O. Contracts in the sphere of rights of property for a musical product

The main aim of the dissertation is to research the contractual mechanisms of the regulation of relations which appear in the process of using different musical products. The work contains the analysis of basic legal terms which concern the usage of musical products used in civil law, intellectual property law, and copyright law. In particular there are given the definitions for such terms as musical product, copyright contract, contract on managing the rights of property for a musical product etc. The dissertation also contains general and detailed classification of contracts which take place in the process of using of musical products; analysis of the circle of subjects who can be parties in contracts in the sphere of realization of rights of property for a musical product.
