Dissertation is devoted to the study of opportunities and clinico-haemodynamic aprovement of application of ultrasound in treating patients with essential arterial hypertension. In 204 patients with arterial hypertension and including the analysis of 50 case records were learned the specialities of clinical and functional status of cardio-vascular systеrm, the results of their traditional drug's therapy and physiotherapy. New results about opportunities and expediency of using procedures of ultrasound (US) with frequency 1 Mhz on different pathogenetic zones and twice a day. Optimal regimes of application of the ultrasound 1Mhc of different power and modulations of influence are made (by the results of onetime probes). The results of studying mechanisms of mutual influence of new methodic of ultrasound and modern antihypertensive drugs are introduced. We've worked out new way of complex action of ultrasound with power 3 Wt/cm2 and frequency of modulations 100 Hz on the paravertebral, cervical-thoracic zone of spine and on the zone of kidney's projection twice a day in combination with beta blockers and calcium antagonists. It is proved the advantages of immobile and health-resort treatment of patients with arterial hypertension? That includes new methodic of US on the basis of basis immobile and health-resort therapy. By the results of analysis, proximate and distant, it is proved the increasing of efficacy of treating patients with AH, with the help of positive action, improvement of functional status of cardio-vascular system, reduction of symptoms of complex vascular pathology and optimization of carrying physical training and decreasing of pharmtherapy. The terms of repetitive treatment are explained.
