Kalenskaya G. The psychological determinants of autopertseption of quality of life by patients with neurotic disorders.

On the basis of research of psychological and pathopsycologycal features of personality among 183 persons (there are 35 patients with a neurasthenia, 38 patients with anxiety-phobic disorders, 35 patients with dissociative disorders, 37 patients with disorders of adaptation and 38 patients with emotionally labile disorders of organic genesis) were defined the basic determinants of autopertception of quality of life. There are an expressed dissociation in valued-semantic sphere, emotional instability and anxiety, diffidence, low level of subjective control in different spheres of life, stereotype and inadequacy of psychological mechanisms of defence, predominance of neurasthenic, anxious, sensitive and egocentric types of attitude toward illness and presence of disharmonious self-appraisal.
