Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of diagnostics and treatment epilepsy at children of early age who have congenital developmental anomalies of a brain by carrying out of complex clinical and clinico-intrumental inspection. For the first time on a basis complex research carried out studying features of clinical current of congenital developmental anomalies of a brain (lyssencephaly, heterotopia, focal cortical dysplasia and polymicrogiria, dysgenesis of corpus callosum, anomalies of a cerebellum), their influence on occurrence epilepsy at children of early age. Influence of different functional - structural anomalies of a brain on a debut epilepsy and frequency of attacks, their type and duration is investigated. The investigated features of electric activity and structure of the brain with anomalies of development. The revealed features of efficiency of treatment epilepsy at different brain malformations. It is established, that the debut epileptic attacks authentically correlates with weightof diseases. It is revealed, that frequency and polymorphic epileptic attacks depends on prevalence of anomaly of structure of the main brain. It is established, that the centers of pathological activity on EEG at focal anomalies (heterotopia, focal cortical dysplasia) displayed localization of structural changes of a brain. By results of work therapy as combinations of two and more preparations is certain basic antiepileptic. On the basis of results of work the general diagnostic criteria concerning congenital defects of a brain at children sick on epilepsy are revealed.
